My Story
Following graduating as an Occupational Therapist in 2001 I have worked in a range of public health, private and primary care settings in both New Zealand and the UK, predominantly supporting clients with physical limitations impacting their health.

After the birth of my second daughter ten years ago I experienced severe post natal anxiety and depression and spent 2 weeks in an inpatient psychiatric unit to support my recovery. I bring my courage, non-judgement and compassion from this experience to every encounter within Workitwell. This experience piqued my interest in mental health and wellbeing, and was the catalyst to my pivot into private practice.
I utilise my very unique personal and professional skillset to facilitate, guide and coach individuals and organisations.
